Sri Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellants states that now he got correct address of respondent no. 1 and he may be allowed to take fresh steps to serve respondent no. 1 on the correct address. He is allowed to take a fresh steps to serve respondent no. 1 on correct address. He further submitted that respondent no. 2 has died.
