JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ref:- C.M.A. No. 50305 of 2021 Heard Sri Saharsh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant application has been moved seeking early listing of the case.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the instant contempt petition had been preferred for non-compliance of the judgment dated 11.12.2019 passed in W.P. No. 31797 (SS) of 2019.
It is further submitted that the order dated 11.12.2019 has been complied with by the respondents and the petitioner has been reinstated.
In view of the aforesaid, the instant petition has been rendered infructous.
In view of the statement made by Sri Saharsh as well as the aforesaid fact mentioned in the application for early listing, this Court does not proposes to fix any date and proceeds to pass order on the contempt petition itself.
In view of the fact that the order dated 11.12.2019 has been complied with, the instant contempt petition has been rendered infructuous, accordingly, it is dismissed.
