JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to dispose of the bail application expeditiously if possible on the same day in the above mentioned case in case crime no. 487 of 2010 under sections 275, 419, 420 IPC and 18/27 Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Pratapgarh.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case applicant appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day.
With this direction, this application is finally disposed of.
