Grievance of the petitioner is that the order passed in demarcation proceedings dated 6.9.2021 was not being implemented.
In this regard, the petitioner has also moved an application on 5.12.2021 before the respondent n o. 2, the Sub Divisional officer, Tehsil - Handia, District - Prayagraj (Allahabad).
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application dated 5.12.2021 filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil - Handia, District - Prayagraj, shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment.
If the Sub Divisional Officer finds that the order had to be implemented then the orders be implemented as soon as possible.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
