Ref:- Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2019. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 16.5.2019 is corrected as follows:-
In the fifth line of second paragraph of the order dated 16.5.2019 " Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Nagina, District Bijnor " be deleted and the same shall be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Bijnor, District Bijnor". Rest of the order will remain unchanged.
The correction application is disposed of accordingly.
