Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Jaunpur to decide Suit No.1361 of 2013 (Sattar Vs. State of U.P. and others) within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that issues were framed on 5th October, 2017 and since thereafter the matter is pending at the stage of recording evidence.
From a perusal of the order-sheet it does not appear that the matter is being delayed unnecessarily. Accordingly, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage. It is expected that the court concerned shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law and ensure that the proceedings are brought to its logical conclusion.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
