Mohd. Salim @ Kallu vs Dr. Liyakat Husain

Sri M.K. Singh, learned counsel who has filed Caveat submits that Sri Pandey has filed Vakalatnama without seeking no objection. His submission is that unless No objection is there, subsequent counsel cannot appear.

On the next date counsel for the respondent shall address as to whether subsequent counsel can appear without there being no objection of the earlier counsel.

Interim order granted earlier shall remain in operation till the next date of listing.
