Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
Necessary deposit in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.12.2013 has been made.
Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, who has appeared on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 has stated that the opposite party no. 2 has no objection to the matter being referred for mediation.
Learned counsel for the parties have stated at the bar that the applicants, as well as the opposite party no. 2 shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 29.04.2014.
Accordingly, this matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
List after three months.
Interim order granted earlier shall continue till the next date of listing.
