Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that according to High School certificate, date of birth of applicant is 2.5.2001 and the incident is of 28.3.2018. The applicant was juvenile at the time of incident. Hence bail application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file before appropriate Court.
In view of above submission, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file before appropriate Court.
