Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State-respondents through video conferencing.
The petitioner herein seeks for quashing of the first information report dated 09.09.2020, registered as Case Crime No. 558 of 2020, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Prayagraj.
The record indicates that the name of the petitioner has come during the course of investigation made by the investigating agency.
The assertion of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner herein has sought for quashing of the FIR on the ground that he has not been named in the FIR.
No case is made out for quashing of the first information report. The writ petition is dismissed.
