Report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad referred to in the office report dated 24.7.2014 records that appellant no.1 Mohd. Shafi alias Rojai had expired some time in the year 2009.
In view of the aforesaid, the appeal in respect of appellant no.1 Mohd. Shafi alias Rojai abates.
Office is directed to make a note in the memo of appeal.
The appeal shall be listed for hearing on 21.8.2014 peremptorily.
