Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Gorakhpur to decide Suit No.1210 of 2015 (Mohd. Saddik Vs. Smt. Susheela Devi and others) within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it does not appear that the matter is yet ripe for final adjudication. Under the circumstances, no direction need be issued, at this stage. It is expected that the court concerned shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
