Ms. Harshita Rani, learned counsel for the respondents states that a written communication was sent to counsel for the petitioner that the instant matter shall be taken up as a mentioned case, however, he refused to receive the written intimation. She further submits that the instant petition, which is directed against transfer order has been rendered infructuous as the service of the petitioner has since been terminated and the order of termination was not even challenged.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as infructuous.
