Learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State are present.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he does not want to press the anticipatory bail application. He further submitted that a direction may be issued to the court below for considering the bail application on the same day.
In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as not pressed.
However, a direction is given to the court below that in case applicant surrenders and gives bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
