The counsel for the petitioner has very fairly informed the Court that by an inadvertent mistake the present writ petition has been field, which infect a second writ petition for the same cause action. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present second writ petition.
Accordingly, the present second writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Let certified copy of the documents annexed with the writ petition be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining photocopy of the same and keeping the same on record.
