The term of the petitioner as Assistant District Government Counsel (Civil), Bijnor has not been renewed.
In Writ-C No.8741 of 2018 (Manoj Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P.) and other connected petition, a Division Bench of this Court of which one of us (Justice Pankaj Mithal) was also a member has already dismissed some of the similar and identical writ petitions pertaining to the refusal to renew the term of the petitioners as District Government Counsel vide order dated 13.3.2018.
In view of the aforesaid decision, this writ petition is also dismissed.
