None present for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
By means of instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for mandamus commanding the opposite parties to issue fresh and correct certificate of vehicle no. DL2C-0653 (Jeep) referring its 6 seator capacity.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in issuing fresh certificate.
Accordingly without entering into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition finally with a direction to the competent authority to consider the case of the petitioner for issuing fresh and correct certificate, if there is no other legal impediment.
