Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandra Sekhar Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.9.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"i. Issue, order or direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Gorakhpur to decide the Original Suit No.726 of 2017 (Mohd. Rashid and others Vs. Ram Chandar Nishad and others) within stipulated period."
Learned counsel for the respondent no.9 has no objection in case if a direction is issued for disposal of aforesaid pending revision strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties and after giving full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
