Present petition has been filed for quashing the judgment and order dated 30.1.2019 passed by Respondent No. 4 in Case No. 00240/2019 Computer Case No. T201903400400240 (Mohd. Rashid versus Gao Sabha and other) and judgment and order dated 16.09.2019 passed by the respondent no. 3 in Case No. 00829/ 2019 Computer Case No. C2019030000008239 (Mohd. Rashid and Gaon Sabha and others) regarding denial of correction of entries in Araji No. 33M and Araji No. 280M situated in Gram Sahjaadpur Mauja Banaralipur, Tehsil- Akbarpur, District- Kanpur Dehat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some inadvertent mistakes have been crept in the writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
