The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction the trial court to decide Civil Suit No. 31 of 2010 within a stipulated period.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that the issues were framed in the suit on 28.09.2011. He further states that four issues have already been decided as preliminary issues.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
