ORDER:
This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 07.11.20108 in O.S.No.184 of 2006 on the file of the learned III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
Sri Mohd. Ghulam Hussain, learned counsel for the appellants, has addressed letter, dated 06.08.2014, to the Registry, wherein he stated that due to the pendency of this appeal filed against judgment and decree, dated 07.11.2008, his clients are unable to pursue the final decree proceedings and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
At the hearing, Sri Mohd. Ghulam Hussain, learned counsel for the appellants, reiterated the said request. withdrawn.
