Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correct the memo of writ petition by mentioning Crime No. 489 of 2014 in place of 81 of 2014.
After perusing the record the order dated 15.7.2014 is hereby corrected by mentioning crime No. 489 of 2014 in place of 81 of 2014 in the third line of the order.
Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
In case the learned counsel for the applicant applies for certified copy of the order, the same may be provided to him on payment of usual charges within 24 hour.s.
