Notice issued in the context of Chalani Report submitted under Section- 110(G) Cr.P.C. by the S.D.M., Ikauna, District- Shrawasti has been challenged merely on the ground that in the last line of the Chalani Report, the name of accused is referred as Rajkumar Dwivedi, whereas the petitioner is Mohd. Rais.
In the first line of the Chalani Report, there is a reference to Mohd. Rais S/o of Gulam Rasool, however, all this can be pointed out by the petitioner before the S.D.M. concerned, who can look into the matter.
With these observations, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner in the pending proceedings.
The S.D.M. concerned may dispose of the proceedings at the earliest in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
