In Re: Civil Misc. (Withdrawal) Application No.2 of 2018 This application has been filed by the petitioner praying for dismissal of the writ petition as withdrawn.
It is duly supported by an affidavit of Sri Mohd. Rafi, the Principal of the Madarsa in question. He says in the affidavit that in view of the order dated 6.7.2018, passed by the Registrar subsequently to the filing of the writ petition, the writ petition has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as such.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to cost.
