1. The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction on the respondents to issue registration certificate for the vehicles detailed out in prayer clause.
2. Learned Standing Counsel for the State on instructions submits that out of six vehicles, four vehicles were registered in other districts. The petitioner has to seek No objection from those districts for its registration by the R.T.O., Lucknow. The application for no objection is to be submitted online. The petitioner has failed to do so. It is also stated that for two other vehicles i.e. motorcycles, the application has not been made online for transfer of the registration. If the petitioner makes an application online, the needful would be done.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the registration has been denied as the vehicles detailed out in relief clause are EURO-III whereas registration is permitted only to EURO-IV vehicles.
4. We find no pleadings to this effect in the writ petition and otherwise also the objection to this effect has not been raised by the respondents.
5. In view of the above, we do not find that the relief claimed in the writ petition can be granted without an application online to seek transfer of the registration of the motorcylces and otherwise No Objection for other vehicles registered in different districts.
6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make an application online for transfer of motorcycles registered in District Lucknow and for other vehicles to seek no objection by making application online with the R.T.O. of the concerned district in which they were registered. In case the petitioner submits online application, the respondents are directed to do the needful as per provisions of law.
