The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not getting salary since March 2010. The matter with regard to non- payment of salary can be taken care of by the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Ghazipur under whom petitioner is employed.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 4 within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed with regard to non payment of salary within the time stipulated, the respondent no. 4 shall consider and decide the same by a speaking order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks from the date of submission of the representation along with certified copy of this order.
