1. Petitioner's appeal no. 113/MC-2018-15000000761 of 2018 under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959 against the order cancelling his fire arm license dated 27.06.2018 stated to be pending before the Commissioner, Azamgarh since 19.07.2018.
2. The present writ petition is thus disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner to proceed and decide the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of the production of the certified copy of this order.
3. Petitioner undertakes not to take any undue or long adjournment.
