Heard Shri K.K. Tripathi for the applicant and Shri Amit Sinha, learned AGA.
The applicant has filed this 482 application with a limited prayer for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
Counsel for the applicant submits that more than 30 dates have been given by the trial Judge but till date evidence has not started and not a single witness has been examined.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Judge is directed to expedite the hearing and if required to take necessary steps for production of the witnesses.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
