The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mohd. Nasir, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.827 of 2020, under Sections- 420,467,468,471,120-B IPC, and section 63/65 of Copy Right Act Police Station- Etmaddaula, District- Agra, during pendency of trial.
There is allegation of violation of Copy Right Act, fabricating documents and cheating. The allegations are serious,therefore, it is not fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
