Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the impugned order.

Against the impugned order, the revisionist has got the remedy of preferring a statutory appeal under Section 29 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

This revision is accordingly dismissed with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order.

The certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to the learned counsel for the revisionist subject to the condition that he supplies a photostat copy of the same within 24 hours.
