Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Haji Kamal Akhtar Khan, appearing on behalf of O.P.No.2 and learned A.G.A. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the parties have entered into compromise.
The learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Issue notice to O.P. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. further proceedings in case no. 432 of 2009 under sections 498-A, 452, 324, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C.and ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S.Ganj, District Rampur, pending in the court of learned ACJM IIIrd, Rampur shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
