Hon'ble Mrs. Sunita Agarwal,J.
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Devendra Gupta, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not demonstrate as to how the application for reissue of passport could be entertained having regard to the fact that the date of expiry of the passport of the petitioner falls in the year 2018.
The petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application as and when it is permissible under the rules, before the Competent Authority.
Dismissed.
