The petitioner being similarly situated person claims his entitlement of order dated 6th of October, 2010 passed by this court in writ petition No.13984 of 2008 and other connected matters.
Considering his status, the benefit of the order passed in the above noted writ petition is extended in his favour.
Accordingly the petition is disposed of.
