Heard Sri Bakhteyar Yusuf, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 and perused the record.
At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with details regarding the property in question whether the same is personal or Wakf property.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
