After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the statutory amendments made in regulation 101 on the ground that it does not apply to a minority institution.
Prayer made is not opposed.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayed for.
