This petition is directed against a communication dated 19.4.2018, which records that petitioner's thumb impression and hand writing do not match, and therefore, recommendation has been made to the Staff Selection Commission for passing appropriate orders.
Admittedly, no such order has yet been passed by the competent authority i.e. Staff Selection Commission. The communication dated 19.4.2018 is, therefore, more in the nature of recommendation. Leaving it open for the petitioner to challenge the final decision taken by the Commission consequent upon communication dated 19.4.2018, this writ petition is consigned to records.
