Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.M. Shukla for the respondent no. 3.
Petitioner has claimed payment of outstanding provident fund with interest for the period between 01.05.1993 to 31.05.1996.
Counsel for the respondent points out that a sum of Rs. 11,083.32 has been paid to the petitioner towards part payment on 16.09.2020. A further submission is made to release the balance amount after necessary information is obtained from the concerned bank.
In that view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to ensure that entire withheld amount of provident fund contribution is paid to the petitioner along with admissible rate of interest in terms of scheme within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him.
