The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the three mutation cases filed by him being Case Nos.T- 20141765021434, T-214175021434 and T-
20141765021434 under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar were not being decided and only dates were being fixed. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to decide the Mutation Cases expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Cases Nos.T- 20141765021434, T-214175021434 and T-
20141765021434 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
