Saidabad to enlarge the petitioner/Accused on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime Number 29 of 2014 of P.S. Saidabad, on any terms and conditions.
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “The petitioner seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471 and 506 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the de- facto complainant and the petitioner are brothers and owing to the differences, this case was foisted against the petitioner. The petitioner is 63 years old. In view of the nature of the offences alleged against him and in view of his age, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this petition is allowed. The petitioner shall surrender before the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction.”
