Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet No. 380 of 2014 dated 12.11.2014 in Case Crime No. 648 of 2014, under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 I.P.C., Police Station Ghatampur, District Kanpur Dehat (Ramabai Nagar), (State Vs. Mohd. Majeed Khan) and entire proceedings also in Criminal Case No. 1115 of 2014, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ghatampur, Kanpur Dehat (Ramabai Nagar) and to set aside the order dated 20.11.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ghatampur, Kanpur Dehat (Ramabai Nagar).
It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has already been granted bail by the court below vide order dated 18.3.2015.
I have perused the record. No good ground warranting interference is made out. The application is accordingly rejected.
