ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“ … to issue any order or directions, writ or writs more particularly writ of mandamus declaring the orders passed in I.A.267/2012 in O.P.No.10/2005, dated 2-7-2014 of the 2nd respondent is illegal, arbitrary and non-application of mind and violation of the principles of natural justice and set-aside the same in the interest of justice and equity …”
After arguing the case, Sri Ch. Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to launch prosecution against PW-1 and other staff of respondent No.2-Tribunal.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.36764 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
