ORDER:
Petitioner/Party-in-person is a convict No.3797 lodged in Central Prison, Cherlaplly and he was released on parole for the period 12.09.2014 to 13.10.2014. Petitioner, thereafter, sought extension of parole by applying to the first respondent on 17.09.2014 requesting that his son’s medical problem requires his presence and as such, requested extension of parole by two months on medical grounds of his son. Since no orders were passed on the said application, the present writ petition is filed.

Thereafter also since no orders were passed, a further extension was granted till 15.11.2014.
