The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to expedite the disposal of Original Suit No.252 of 2011.
Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the defendant respondents are seeking repeated adjournments and on account of which, the proceedings are getting delayed.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2011 and even evidence of the plaintiffs has not been recorded so far, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
