The prayer in this petition is to direct the District Magistrate to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 30th September, 2020 in respect of illegal dispossession of the petitioner by the Respondent No.4, who is a private individual.
As the claim is in respect of enforcement of property rights against a private person, we decline to entertain this petition by leaving it open to the petitioner to institute a civil suit or take recourse to such other legal remedy as may be advised.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
