1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The present 482 application has been filed for a direction to the Special Judge (SC/ST Act)/Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Farrukhabad to decide Sessions Trial No. 612 of 2007 (State Vs. Kaleem & Ors.), arising out of Case Crime No. 1002 of 2007, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Farrukhabad.
3. While no exceptional circumstance has been shown to establish that there is any deliberate delay being caused in the trial, however, keeping in mind the fact that the criminal trial has remained pending since 2007 and the applicant has been in jail since then, it is expected that the learned court below shall make all efforts to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment.
