JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 2 has been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel.
By means of the instant writ petition the petitioner is seeking a writ of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 26.02.2014, passed by District Magistrate, Shrawasti.
Learned standing counsel has raised a preliminary objection with respect to maintainability of the writ petition as against the impugned order, the statutory appeal is provided under Section 18 of the Arms Act.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy of filing an appeal.
