Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner, who happens to be complainant of case crime no. 657 of 2009, under Sections 147, 148, 342, 325 323 and 506 IPC lodged at police station Mohanlalganj, district Lucknow, has prayed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to investigate the matter in an impartial manner without any hindrance and threat to the petitioner by the accused persons.
Let investigating officer of the said case appear before this Court on 26.02.2010 along with case diary . He shall apprise the Court with respect to progress of the investigation of the said case since the incident relates to 13.11.2009.
