We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned A.G.A. appears for the State respondents.
By this writ petition the petitioners have prayed for quashing the first information report dated 11.6.2011 in Case Crime No. 586 of 2011 under Section 379/411 I.P.C., P.S. Mohana, District Sidharth Nagar.
It is alleged in the FIR that 14 trees of Eucalyptus have been illegally cut and sold away by the petitioner without having any right.
We do not find any good ground to interfere in the matter at this stage.
The writ petition is dismissed. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in case petitioner surrenders before the concerned Magistrate, his bail application shall be considered expeditiously.
