The petitioners claiming to be members of the Society which is running the institution-in-question, have filed this writ petition to challenge the appointment of the Head Master, the Institution-in-question is a recognized and aided Institution. As per own claim of the petitioners, on the retirement of the Headmaster, respondent no.6 had been selected and appointed as Head master. The communication dated 19.11.2018 issued by the District Basic Education Officer, Muzaffarnagar, to the Manager of the Institution with regard to the approval of appointment of respondent no.6, is being challenged in the present petition with the assertion that the said appointment was not needed, in as much as, there are very few students studying in the institution.
Be that as it may, noticing the fact that the petitioners are members of the Society, it is open for them to raise their voice in the general meeting of the Society. They cannot be allowed to challenge the order of approval of appointment of respondent no.6 on a vacant post, on the ground that Headmaster is not required to run the Institution-in-question.
The present writ petition is wholly misconceived and dismissed as such.
