1. Heard Sri Anand Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State.
2. This writ petition has been filed with an inordinate delay of 7122 days. The prayer made in the writ petition is for quashing of the order dated 05.12.2001 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Moradabad, District-Moradabad allowing the revision filed by one Rais and others.
3. From the perusal of record, it transpires that some land was allotted in the year 1997 to certain persons which was approved by the order of Sub Divisional Officer in the year 1999.
4. Against the said order a revision was preferred which was allowed setting aside the order of stay granted by Sub Divisional Officer, Nagina. In paragraph 12 of the writ petition, it is stated that the petitioner is a social worker and has interest to protect/save the land of the Gaon Sabha.
5. However, no cogent reason has been given in the writ petition for the condonation of delay, neither the persons who were allotted the land or the person who contested the revision had been made party in the writ petition, though the order passed by the revisional authority is under challenge.
6. Writ petition lacks merit and is, hereby, dismissed.
